grabbed a morning session before i catch my plane. the wind had not quite filled in so i pumped up the 11m. those rocks got a bit close after a crash! walked up the beach and had a bit of a play. margi got a bit of footage with the camera. after an hour the plane was calling and i had had enough of kiting alone with the sharks and the rocks. the wind picked up big time as i came in.

so goodbye to kiting in board shorts. durban area is a cool place to kite. considering its their non wind time of year i kited 4 days (i think). none of the crowds of cape town and warm water. i'm well pleased margi's aunt and uncle has just bought a house on the coast, so i will be back next winter.
